Truflation provides an easy way to download the data you need directly from your dashboard. Follow the steps below to get started:
Steps to Download Data
- Log in to Your Account
Access your Truflation account by logging in with your e-mail and password or through Google.
2. Navigate to the Dashboard
Once logged in, click on the Dashboard tab in the main navigation bar.
3. Browse and choose Your Data
Browse through the available data categories. Your access depends on your subscription level (Free, Basic, Pro, or Enterprise).
4. Download Data
Click on the Download button. Your file will be downloaded as a CSV file.
File Formats Available
For the moment, Truflation only supports CSV format files, ideal for use in Excel, Google Sheets, and similar tools.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues during the download process:
- Ensure you are logged in to your account.
- Check your subscription tier to confirm access to the desired data.
