As a general rule, Truflation does not provide data containing the following types of information:
- Material, non-public information (also known as “MNPI” or “Inside Information”). These terms refer to information about a public company, political intelligence, and other market impactful information that is not widely known and could affect a reasonable person’s decision to trade;
- Information that is subject to a confidentiality obligation;
- Information that Truflation is prohibited from disclosing; and
- Personally Identifiable Information and Personal Data (“PII”). This includes national identifiers, such as Social Security Numbers, names, phone numbers, IP addresses, device IDs, online identifiers, account numbers and any other information that could be used to identify or be associated with an individual.
Below you will see answers to questions with all information available. When reading the questions below, please see our definitions:
- “Company” means the name of the entity offering the Data.
- “Affiliate” means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Company.
- “Data” means the information product offered by the Company and, where appropriate, any information used directly or indirectly to create the Data.
